Dear Rehan,
It was interesting to read your mail about NRI's pouring money for 
'purifying Hinduism' and the money going to VHP.
Just discovered yesterday that ministers in Delhi offer individuals a crore 
to start 'on-paper NGOs'. Ten percent of that money must go to the minister.
If the individual is taken in by the offer, the rest of his/her life is a 
living hell.
Howzzat???
