filmstar RajniKant in todays The Hindu regardig
his forthcoming film Baba and other matters relating
use of his name, imitating him etc.
Can any one claim such rights legally.
What is the idea of fair use.
Can one sue another person for imitating or 
making a parody of one's acting style etc
however popular one is.
