The HIndustan Times, Tuesday, March 7, 1940, p.4.
" His virgin Bride Turns out to be a Married Woman.
Delhi Thursday: Mr. Ved Prakash Gautama, Megistrate, convicted one Ghisa 
yesterday under section 420, IPC (cheating) and sentenced him to undergo 
rigorous imprisonment for one year. The allegation against the accused was 
that he got an already married gujjar woman married to a Brahman in Qarol 
Bagh telling him that she was a Brahman virgin."
