[Reader-list] spam? who, me?

Dear all, especially Shivam,

The sarai reader list is `an open dicussion list' and I feel that since its
inception, it  has served as a lively platform for discussion and debate on
a wide range of issues.

I look forward to postings by my fellow list members and the unfortunate
charges  of being a `spammer' should not be a deterrent to any of us to
write on the reader list.

So, post away...
