I take my gun out and shoot him.
It is a thrilling moment.
He is caught 
He is exposed.

An idea.(Would a stalker mind me stalking him?  How can a stalker
refuse to be stalked instead?)

These days I shoot them down for fun. I have as much 'fun' as they
have when they go out  to target someone.
