Just to let all know
SWABHIMANA an NGO in Bangalore has brought out a Citizens Guide to Bangalore
called
'My Bangalore-My rights-My reponsibilities' -
The Bangalore Civic Directory
It gives the role of service providers like
the Mahanagar Palike
the development authority
the Police
the Slum Clearance Board
the Transport Corporation
etc etc
The book is priced at Rs 100 /- and is available in Kannada and English
If people or groups in Mumbai are interested to look at it as a rough
template for design  or whatever I'll only be too glad to send it
