[Reader-list] Survey of Open content usage in South Asia

Hi all

I am ding a small survey on use of open content projects in South Asia , and
the definition of open content includes works that allow for derivation.
Will post my results on the lists as well, do let me know of any projects
that you are aware to ensure that  I don miss out.
