[Reader-list] help - Holi, 1984

All the best in your efforts...
For the record, even before Ketan Mehta directed the film, HOLI was a play 
in Marathi which was staged (actually they managed without a proper stage) 
also in college campuses...?
With due regards to the anti-ragging campaign, HOLI was not a 
straightjacketed "anti ragging play". It aslo opened a discussion on the mob 
mentality, the plight of an underdog etc... a mention of one such discussion 
in the IIT Mumbai (after staging of the play, where the director, Vijaya 
Mehta, was present) can be found in Sankalp, a collection of 
autobiographical writings of some 20-odd dalit/leftist/socialist youth 
movement leaders in Maharashtra. The book, now out of print, is in Marathi.
