Hi,

I'm trying to contact Naveen Chander for a documentary on the Delhi Metro that I'm working on. I believe he's done a lot of research on the people who've been displaced by the Delhi Metro. I'm interested in learning more about the kind of rehabilitation that has been carried out (or not carried out). I'd be really grateful for any info!
