[Reader-list] Seeking info about Koovagam festival

Hi!
I'm a reporter for Slovenia's biggest weekly magazine,
traditionally progressive  and pro-transgender rights
oriented publication, I would like to know when the
festival at Koovagam begins and ends, would like to
attend it and make a big 6 page reportage!
Please I am begging for an answer!
