[Reader-list] Any fellowships out there for students of Fine Arts?

Hi,

I recently met an extremely talented someone who has gained admission into
an ARTS school in Chicago. Finances is a major issue and I just wanted to
know if there are fellowships available out there for Indian students who
may want to pursue a degree in Fine Arts in the US.
