Yes, that is the advantage of being hindu, this is the only way of life, which is truely secular, respects all thoughts of others, accepts criticism and finds merit if any in such thoughts. in any other faith, dissent is met with only violent means, as Galeleo as gauged out of eyes, stoned to death in others cases.

As hindu one has no compulsion to visit temples, to confirm to be any of the "conditions" that, he/she must visit on friday prayers, sunday prayers, can commit sin and get rid of the sin by confessions. !
Hindu can be totally atheist but still he is not shunned, a reformist like raja Ram Moan Roy is accepted, his thoughts are validated and sati which was evolved when the society was tormented by invaders armies, raping the vanquished soldiers wife, such women found buening fire more welcome than the atrocities of the winning armies of inhumans. But whe such conditions vanished sati also so got reformed,
In other faiths, no such reforms are to be seen as they still read the scriptures , which were written in the light of animal fats candles, even now neon lights cant change their mindsets. ?
