[Reader-list] Dastangoi in Pakistan School festival

Dear All,

Following our visit to Pakistan last year, when we did a series of
Dastangoi performances in different cities, the Karachi Grammar School
this year organised a Dastangoi festival for school children, where
children recited and perfomed excerpts from the Dastan-e Amir Hamza
and in particular from the Tilism-e Hoshruba, the section from which
we perform.

The initiative was not ours, but still deeply thrilled that our
efforts have kickstarted a movement somwehere, in some direction.
