Dear Sonia,

It would have been amusing if it were not so heart-breaking. Just a couple
of weeks ago the forest officials in the *same* area were nowhere to be
found to rescue an elephant who was being burnt alive by a murderous crowd,
and now they have "rescued" an animal from the "clutches" of its loving
human family. Is there any way to save these hapless animals from the forest
officials?
