[Reader-list] Proposal for a reader-list protocol

Wonderful, thought provoking and inspiring , but only in utopian civilised society, not in a society where we divide ourselves in to" our people" and those people, where any communication is tended to be shouted down with innuendos of class, xaste and biases of faith.!
