Dear Shivam,
When I wrote that "government is complicit in crimes" does that not cover
the entire state apparatus including the Army.
Since you wanted to say something,I thank you for making a point even if it
had been made before.
Look before you leap and think before you speak is an old saying relevant to
all of us.
