Greetings Sarai List members,
I am doing a school project and hope someone on this list might be able to direct me as to where I can find certain statistics. I need to find numbers 
( as up-to-date as possible) on: 


Infant mortality for every district in the states of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh

Federal investment into every district in the states of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh

Number of political leaders from Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe backgrounds in every district in the states of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh
Any suggestions on how to locate this data would be much appreciated.
