 while we very much appreciate your secular credentials being the prime reason for your detailed post about Sonal Shah, itseems being hindu is big disadvantage, being united in hindu society is weakness of hindu society.?

  How is it that these secular thoughts do not touch the othet human right activist, who raises funds from islamic nations and followers of faith for defending the terror accused, engages high profile lawyers to defend the "innocent" terror accused, always on TV channels pleading for the rights of the accused only if they are of particular faith.? Today you can see the face of terror on NDTV in BIG FIGHT, just as this Theesta setalwad will appear in full glory, as human rights activist for one faith only. That is now dead quiet about other detainees is a matter of concern as ATS is spreading doubtable and debatable stories in media thru "our sources"..Is law and rule of laws not same for all citizens of the nationin democratic life.?

If so why is it that human rights activist are mum about the selective leakages to media who are making dance and song numbers about "hindu" terror.? Why is Teesta not concerned about the rights of these detainess.? Is it that only if one is follower of one particular faith has all the human rights and other citizens have no rights.? Mr. Amir Ali, in letters to the editor writes In Deccan Herald, dated 13th Nov.2008, that many investigative agencies have stopped narco tests as they are very subjective, unreliable, but the present set of detainees have to go thru it alsmost on daily basis.? Amir Ali, further gives an instance where a SIMI detainee was asked if bal Thackeray funded him while undergoing the  Narco test, he gave affirmative assent. That apart, the so xalled confessions that are being flashed as breaking news in visual media are of absolute no value as evidence incourt of law., either by SIMI detainess or by the others.

ATS actions if found illegal, violative of rights of humans, they have lot to answer to the nation, as this whole drama seems to be timed to perfection for electoral vote bank gains.?
Further what is noteworthy is none of the right thinking citizens have raised any issues and have been waiting patiently for the investigation to complete and ATS will do wel to complete the investigation and stop being "our sources" to select media houses.This will make all wonder if ATS has the fascist method of feding misinformation during the elections so that ATS is abody with no identifiable individuals in it,? Unlike post Batla house incident, there are no protest marches, no meetings of secular minds, no condemnation of il treatment given to detainees. That does not mean the citizens are not watching the actions of ATS, but more keenly watching it, as it is indulging in sensationalisation, titllation of new stories selectively being leaked by "our sources".Kerala police during emergency were most cruel, took lives of atleast 7 persons in their typical Kerala style of torture, which is not worthy of recounting on the list. Delhi has seen the
 fascist action of goons when the earth shook by be-falling of  the tree, and Bengal tremors have not subsided yet after the shock waves in nandigram and Singur of fascist actions.?.
