your thoughts about BJP and RSS are to say the least, are ill conceived, for, if the jihadis are held for investigation, the "intellectuals" and secular hindus immediately jump and create all rackus of muslims being terrorised, victimised etc. If a sadhvi and a lt. Col, of army is in investigation, the sordid saga of selective leakage to the select media is disgusting as it is always from "our sources in ATS" as if the ATs is gagged for political reasons. Why the very same ATS and CBi which hogged the limelight in statements in front of tv cameras is silent now.? Why the use of media for the leakages.
 As far as we are concerned, being citizens of India, terror from any one, be a hindu, or muslim is not to be tolerated and dealt with firm steps. But if it happens to be muslims youth, a vice chancellor jumps to defend them, remembering his moral duties.? Our secularists immediately take out morchas to protest, demand probe by sitting/sleeping judges into the incidents.? Be it a hindu or muslim, if involved in any deviant behaviour, the same should be tackled with out any wastage of time and energy. But, in the case of Pragya Singh, no statements at all from ATS , no song and dance sequences by media, no morchas by secular intellectuals, no responses from sympathisers on the readers list for the plight of "innocent" victims, why is it.? An army officer can not be held by civilian police for the custody as army has its own service rules, in the circumstances, how is it that the Lt.Col, who was taken for inquiry/interrogation is held captive, records not
 showing the arrest and custody.? If he is guilty, let the courts decide the trial dates and let us get to know the merits of ATS and its investigation skills.

More importantly, it looks that citizens of India seem to have forgotten how the entire system of babudom, police and the courts in Emergency days behaved and how many were rewarded for being committed to political party which did all the atrocities and rights of the citizens.?
How did the chief of army staff allowed the custody of its officer to civil police, as we have seen the defence officers after misbehaviour dring new year revelry in Kolkatta,  got away from police with same laws.?

Worst, now ATS after admitting in court of law about usage of RDX is withdrawing its own statements, does it know what it is doing.?First it was investigation of terror links, malegaon blasts, then now it is FRAUD CASES,with private complaints, is it not easy to hold on to person, deny his rights with false complaints from private persons, chamchas of politics.? is there any stink emanating in the actions of ATS.?  On one hand the ATS and civil establishment is discrediting the army and defence forces and their morale, on the other hand, it is playing with politicians of the kind Sonia and Sharad pawar, regional satraps who will go to any length to muster vote bank consolidation and appease minority, but both do not understand the fact that the voter is much more aware today in this game of upmanship.ATS is not just three alphabets but there are men in it who are supposed to be of impeccable character and integrity, but the actions of ATs in torturing
 the detainees , flip flops in actions, selective leakages to media and visual channels do not augur well for the ATS. Courts of law will do well to seek details of investigations, as it looks as if there seems to be efforts to placate the muslim feelings for gains of votes and in th process polarisation of hindu votes which is definitely not desirable in young democracy like India.
