The procedure to help out flood victims you can opt any of the following
options:

1) If you want to deposit cash you can do it through core Banking –
SBI Secretariat Branch, Patna ACCOUNT NO- 10839124928

2) Demand Draft & Cheque can be made in the name of Mukhya Mantri Rahat

the flood victims.
