Your response is nothing but a red-herring argument therefore I do find 
my self compelled to reply.

I would rather bring back the discussion back to, from where it started, 
in this regard please allow me to invite all those who are reading this

Kshmendra Kaul's defense that 'MNIC could be used to weed out 
terrorists' was a STUPID  thing.

I would urge everyone to please respond to this mail with a simple yes 
or no.
