A n b is same as saying not a implies b. What  was written earlier was wrong usage of existental operator in strict sense which belongs to conditional logic. But it meant two things might be different so be clear one doesnt imply another so contradictionis need to be justified. Fits in  pretty, seems nobody bothers to read.
