St.Xavier's College Mumbai, is planning to hold a UGC sponsored *International
Seminar* on the theme 'Human Rights in a Globalized World'

This will be held on *10th, 11th and 12th December 2009* at Xavier's.

 *Target audience: Principals, Teachers of Human Rights/Foundation Courses
at affiliated colleges of the University of Mumbai, Academicians involved in
HR research, Activists, NGO practitioners, and a few College students

*A concept note and *tentative* schedule has been attached for your perusal.
If you wish to receive a hard copy of the brochure, let us know. we will
send it to you as soon as the final program is confirmed. Do *spread the
word* about this event among interested persons.*

If you would like to participate,  registration for this is to be done via
email or over the phone. The fees (Rs. 300) will be collected on the morning
of the first day of the seminar, at the venue.
