EXPERIMENTA 2009 CALL FOR ENTRIES
Entry Deadline: 20th September 2009

Filter India invites submissions for the 6th edition of EXPERIMENTA -
the international festival for experimental cinema in India.

EXPERIMENTA seeks films/videos that challenge popular and conventional
modes of cinema. Abstract to obscure compositions from any genre
produced on the margins of contemporary screen-culture are welcome.
Innovative, cutting edge and non-traditional work that attempts to
aesthetically extend the parameters of the mediums of film and video
is encouraged.

Preview copies must be submitted for selection purposes. All lengths
are considered. Applicants are encouraged to submit their entries as
soon as possible. The festival programme will be finalised by October
09, at which time only those filmmakers whose works are selected will
be informed.
