  i donot know from where the hinduatva agenda, comes as a part of BJP/RSS. let me remind all readers that there is no faith in india known as hinduism. we have muslims, cristians, budhists. etc but not hindus, as per the law of the land.
  way back in perhaps in 1996 SC gave ajudgement that hinuism is not a religion, but way of life. as for as i know this has not been retified. so officail this definition stands
