Dear Anupam

I repeat here again. It's certainly true that facts state that the
reservation has been provided, and they would have been provided for causes
such as social situation, economic problems and so on. My only point is that
these should actually help the community in terms of the gains which are
supposed to be attained, although I must state here that some of the gains
can't be measured by nos. like social benefits of reservation (in terms of
whether discrimination has ended or not, or acceptability in society has
increased or not).
