The COHRE Americas Programme (CAP) presents the fourth edition of its
Bulletin on "Housing Rights and the Right to the City in Latin
America", with a special focus on Evictions. This edition provides
articles on, inter alia, the Inter-American System of Human Rights (by
Carlos Loarca Solórzano); Displaced population and housing rights in
Colombia (by Fernando Pachón Piñeros) and an analysis of a new
Ordinance in Brazil regarding protection of human rights in the face
