Hi Rakesh,
          Again dissenting with you. What do you want the Govt to do with the Maoists who are removing fish plates, taking railway employees hostages, killing innocent people? If some wrong has been done, is this the way for retaliation or dissent.In my view more stringent action needs to be taken against them.
