[Reader-list] Mercy Pleas Of Prisoners sent to Death

Hi All,
        A little more for info:
The number of prisoners sentenced to death whose mercy petitions is pending before the President is 26 and as per SC verdict they have a right to get the death sentence commuted to life imprisonment if they are kept waiting for long for their death sentence to be executed.
