India Human Rights Report Quarterly, July to September 2010

ACHR has been publishing its annual “India Human Rights Report” since 2005
providing State-wise information on human rights violations. However, in
this age of information technology, an annual report largely remains
academic. ACHR therefore decided to publish it as a quarterly journal.
