Dear Jhuma
Yes the language does look a bit fake. But the Guardian story also
says that "But the real cables do contain allegations of Indian
support for Baloch separatists, largely sourced to British
intelligence assessments."

There are possibilities that the US govt. will try to prove many
things mentioned in WikiLeaks fake or rumour - they can go to any
extreme.
