Please find attached document, “*Peace and Processes of Violence*” a report
on situation in Jammu and Kashmir from 2002 to 2009.

The report is a preliminary observation on the data about killings,
disappearances, suicides, fratricides, probes ordered etc. in Jammu &
Kashmir, collected by Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society from 2002 to
2009. The data presents a deeply disturbing pattern of impunity in Jammu &
Kashmir and contains only reported killings.
