Dear Readers of Reader-list
Mr Anoop kumar's very interesting
findings maybe expanded (and not expended) - with the fact that much of
South India(including Karnataka),do not use surnames. They have initials
before their first name.(Which ofcourse,as we know are derived from
their native village and father's first name).
It would be
interesting and pertinent to elucidate whether the results of IAS ,etc
and the disparity or dis-correlationin their exams and interview
scores, still exist or not.It would substantiate or disclaim the findings
of whether there being a lot 'loaded against' a name'..
Sincerely,
R.Chaudhuri.
