I never said anything about experience. Knowledge is 'interpreted
information' that eventually depends on experience (even when people
have some low level language and database embedded in their brains )
is how I would see it.

You need to be clear about your philosophic standpoint (or refer to
something concrete).... otherwise these 'words' would mean different
things.
