Dear Malik ji

I forgot to add this. I would be very happy to work with anyone on studying
about any state (not Gujarat necessarily) and then put facts on that state
in this forum. I would be quite happy about that. That can certainly put the
real achievements in perspective. It would be, a critique of that
administration certainly.
