[Reader-list] Supporting Maoists ?

hi...apart from a definition of 'supporting', I've been checking for Sec 39
and the UAPA doesn't even have one! Unless i'm reading the wrong act...

Chidambaram is a lawyer, so he can't make such a big mistake....so can some
legal expert enlighten us?
