Hi Taha,
         Something similar is being done to arrive at dates of birth of elderly seniors where the pension amount gets increased at the ages of 80/85 etc.That is the beauty of the Govt working, you need to have solution to each and every possible discrepancy, but Sir, you have to find out the year if someone doesn't know even that. Why don't you suggest a better solution and send it to Nilkeni and let us see if he has brains to accept that better solution.
Your obsession against the Project seems to be much higher than I could have imagined.But I definitely appreciate the time and attention you are paying to go through the documents so intently but why are you wasting your precious time only on this, there are better subjects to be researched upon.Yes, I agree the choice is not mine, it is yours, Sir.
