[Reader-list] WHO IS AFRAID OF ARUNDHATI ROY?

Dear Parvaiz, 
I don't understand your big question. Do you not make a distinction between
the Kashmiri judiciary and the Indian judiciary, and between the IPC and the
RPC?  Please clarify.
