[Reader-list] History project- Funding

Hi Sarai community,

A friend is looking for funding for a history-documentation project.

Its not an academic project per se, though the end result can be used for
the same. Its more journalistic in nature but not mainstream.

Can you point me to organisations/ grants/ fellowships/ etc who may be
interested in funding this?
