I posted a comment on the blog,it appeared but seems has been taken off...???.Attempting reconstruct it here : Zulfiqar Shah articulates the environmental concerns very well.Environmental degradation & water mismanagement lead water scarcity likely to cause disharmony within the nations & between the nations.Pakistan's interest in Kashmir lies in its rivers.There are apprehensions in India that China might maneuver rivers to assert its foreign policy.Ex PM Vajpayee once stressing on the need to manage water appropriately said,"next war would be for water & not patrol".
