[Reader-list] 42% of sea level rise due to groundwater?

The website RealClimate has a post that discusses (and contests) a recent
published paper that claims that 42% of sea level rise - roughly 3 out of 8
cms, a non-linear rate - in recent decades is due to the pumping out of
groundwater.
Though the post contests the claim, I thought it might interest some of
