You are missing my point.
Any institute is responsible for the quality of people working in it.
Dr N. Gopalakrishnan works in a CSIR lab and has little evidence of
rational or scientific thinking or track record.
People with poor performance should be thrown out.
There are others like Dr Ramasubramaniam working in Sulbha sutras. Do
they also blither like him?


As far as industry- csir lab collaboration is concerned, corruption in
ppp projects are rampant. ppp projects are accorded more funds as per
govt policies. I do not see any reluctance of the industry in not
proceeding with the bribes.
