 A Delhi city corporation teacher decides to return Tech Mahindra
Foundation Award.

    Dear all,
    I share with you this inspiring story of a Delhi City Corporation
primary school teacher returning the Tech Mahindra Teacher Award on
several grounds including (i) Deplorable role of Keshub Mahindra and
his company in Bhopal Gas Disaster; (ii) Tech Mahindra Foundation’s
uncalledfor interference in corporation school system; (iii)
Retrogressive intervention of NGOs and corporate houses in corporation
schools under PPP and their effort to blame the teaching community for
the poor state of affairs in schools, rather than probing policies
designed to demolish the government school system, thereby
accelerating privatization and commercialisation; and (iv) acceptance
of the award would amount to giving credibility to NGOs and corporate
