The Indian Institute for Human Settlements is holding a film festival

from *April
26th-28th* called *Urban Lens: A Festival of Films and the City"*. The
three-day  film festival is an attempt at looking how the ‘city’ has been
seen in non-fiction films, and documentary filmmakers’ engagement with it
