animateCOLOGNE - Cologne Art & Animation Festival
2013 selection  campaign.

This year, 337 submissions including 451 videos arrived.
Now the 31 shortlisted videos can be found on

This program will be launched in September 2013 as a part of
CologneOFF IX - 9th Cologne International Videoart Festival
