     Dear film makers,



       CFF( citizens film forum)and RCSC has  planned to schedule an
Indo-Russian festival of short documentary movies “Youth Sprit” shot
by young film directors on topical issues of social development on a
wider perspective, on Friday, June 21, 2013.


     Those who are intrested to be considered must submit the films to
the RCSC /CFF  before Friday, May 31. The films must  necessarily be
accompanied by a synopsis (up to 300 words) and a profile of the
director/film-maker (maximum 200 words).

     The films received after the deadline, or without the required
documents, will not be considered for screening.

     Ten best films out of the entire lot will be selected and shown
on June 21 at 4. 00 p.m..at the second floor of RCSC, 24, ferozeshah
road, new delhi . Non selected films will not be returned pls.

     The organizers of the film festival are  The RCSC, JIMS,
International Federation of Indo-Russian Youth Clubs, Citizens’ Film
Forum and M. Institute.

      Please send your films ( two copies) in dvd format, of not more
than 15 minutes duration, along with soft and hard copy of synopsis,
directors profile etc. if made as a part of studies, then  a letter
from your institute pls. The films may be sent by post/courier
directly to RCSC or to the following address

The films can also be brought for a preview on second sunday 12th
May 2013 at 4.00 pm to PSK , poorvi sanskriti kendra.. on 1st floor at
library, and handed over there only. This is regular screening day of
CFF where film makers can bring films fr screening and discussions.
