This is to inform you  that  the 3rd  Seamedu Short Film festival is going to be held on 21 st December 2013.
 The last date to submit the entries for short film festival is 25 th November 2013.


Seamedu is a full-fledged media school based in Pune, founded in 2008 to produce world-class talent in Media & Entertainment fields of Digital Film-making, Animation, Game Design, Visual Effects, Sound Design, Broadcast Media, and Broadcast Journalism.

Film Festival Objective:

Promote film as an artistic medium.
Provide the opportunity for audience to view films not otherwise released commercially.
Give a platform to untapped potential talent to students/ film enthusiast to showcase their film.
Promote the Short Film Structure/Medium

Category:
Films can be submitted under two categories: 

1) Open category
2) Student Category
For both the categories, Film can be: 

A) Short Fiction - Duration : upto 20 mins
B) Documentary - Duration : upto 20 mins
C) Animation Film - Duration : upto 5 mins

Best Film – Non Fiction
Best Film Animation
Best Direction
Special Jury Mention
Best Student Director
