[Reader-list] Massive outpour in Sindh against humiliation of a Hindu’s corpse

Yesterday Sindh observed a massive out-pour against the religious
extremism, victimizing Hindus and humiliating the corpse of a Hindu Bhil. The
protests yesterday mostly organized by Jeay Sindh Qomi Mahaz (JSQM), banned
Jeay Sindh Mutahida Mahaz (JSMM), and some civil society forums. Sindh
Taraqipasand Party (STP), Qomi Awami Tahreek (QAT) Sindh National Movement
(SNM), Jeay Sindh Mahaz (JSM) civil society forums, and the pro-people secular role
of Sindhi media has ruled the tide of social movements in Sindh in last a few
days. This has pushed the extremists of Pangrio for stepping down from their barbarianism according to Sindhi and English dailies of Pakistan, who now have asked Superintend
of Police, Badin to mediate between Bhil family and the them (Mullahs) since the Mullahs
have become ready to offer apology to the Bhil family and want to pay rupees
two million as a social penalty. On the other hand, daily Sindh Express has
reported that the inhuman incident happened due to land interests. Meanwhile,
JSQM activists have said in their speeches according to the newspapers that
settler Punjabi Feudal Lords of Badin district instigated the Mullahs to commit
the crime, and hence they believes that the action was state sponsored.
