ABOUT DOCEDGE


The special aspect of knowledge sharing is further extended by analyses and down-to-earth input on global landscape of co-funding partnership. Docedge invites global Foundations dedicated to develop creative storytelling skill and broadcasters look for innovative content of universal appeal.


The forum finally puts together filmmakers and broadcasters face to face in a public pitching forum. The pitching sessions are the finale of the forum where potential collaborators work with filmmakers for future realization of the proposed films with logistic and creative support. DocedgeKolkata is also an inestimable platform for international networking.

GUIDELINES


How to submit a project?

The form : Application form to be filled online 

Visual Clip : The clip is compulsory for selected projects. In order to enter the selection process, submission of the clip is highly recommended, as it is a key element to assess the project. The length of the clip must be maximum of 3 minutes. 
It can be a trailer, a part of a scene or a clip from the director’s previous work (as a visual reference when the applicant cannot make available any audiovisual material for the current project).

How to send a clip?

Upload through Vimeo/ YouTube and send us the link along with password.

Criteria for project selection:

The selection committee will take into consideration the following elements:

-The artistic promise of the project 
- The CV of the Director, Producer
- Production Company Profile 
- Visual clip

Please Note

Projects that do not include all required information will not be accepted.

Maximum of two persons can apply per project.
Each individual has to submit a separate form. 

20th Nov, 2013 is the last Date of online application. Demand Drafts of the fees to reach our office before 13th Nov, 2013. Demand Drafts received after 13th Nov 2013 will not be accepted. 

Selected projects will be published in our website on 10 December, 2013.
