Friends,
              The new economic policies, implemented in 1991, started
showing there aftermath then only. Right from their implementation
these policies have made the life miserable for the toiling mass of
the country.  Now it’s adverse effects have started reflecting in the
educational system also. The ruling class on one side wants to earn
immense profit by privatization of the education, while on the other
hand through FYUP it wants to mould the education according to the
demands of the market. In such a situation it’s the duty of the
progressive elements to unveil the motives of the ruling class behind
FYUP and also unite the students and teachers on an ambient level.
              In the same order, Parivartankami Chhatra Sangthan is
organizing a seminar on the subject, “Privatization of the higher
education and the current four-year undergraduate programme ( FYUP)”.
All the students, teachers and progressive elements are invited in
this programme.
